1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was Technical Director for XXXX where he led, signed off estimates, and worked with project teams for multi-tower projects, also was working with cloud and Electric Cars EV conversion. He previously was working with XXXX as a Global Chief Technology Officer for more than 6 years where most of their projects are blockchain-enabled, he has led multiple projects around 5 to 8 projects mostly web3 capable applications from NFT to ERC2C code; they also specialize in terms of games, Ethereum connection using Web3, also was involved with DevOps, doing Agile and Sprint, and provides the source code for their projects. Before this, he was a Solutions Architect for several companies such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. He is also a Cloud certified and Blockchain Developer Certified by Ethereum Foundation.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Cloud and AI, he is also well-versed with training LLMs and specialized in blockchain as well. Aside from that, he is strong with Software Development DevOps Operation, IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, and leading/handling a team of technical people as well.      
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has strong knowledge of the web3 ecosystems and has been in this space for about 6 years now. He is good with blockchain, AI, smart contracts using Solidity, and tokenization that he acquired mostly from his previous CTO role. He also has knowledge of AI image generation frameworks and models, again from his last company; has hands-on experience with backend and frontend frameworks such as RESTful APIs, Fastful APIs, and JavaScript. Proficient with technical leadership since he has been doing that for the past few years and has some experience working in a startup as well.
