She has a 15 years of IT experience within the banking and finance including in the insurance field. She has worked in various roles from service desk manager to IT service manager and most recently an IT Service Delivery Manager and she has been in her current company under the cybersecurity and privacy team and provide security services and her role is more on the IT service delivery.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She has been in various roles and her roles has been diversified and she has been more on governance and from a technical standpoint her skills have been more limited but more into operational and governance field. She does have an incident management and integration management and problem management and more into IT service management part, she does have a background on vulnerability management and she is more in coordination and understanding the technicalities of it.
3. Basically, she specializes in IT Service Management part, and she has a strong background in the operational side as well. She is responsible in 3 departments she manages the business in terms of engagement and projects, advisories, policies, and coordinates with business across Asia. There are four of them in the team and she manages the Singapore team and Philippines, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam and she ensures that the projects within the security part are implemented and properly executed, and she also gathers the requirements. |
