With more than 12 years working experience in the IT industry and current working in Saudi Arabia as an IT support. He has a CCNA and ITIL certifications. He said that he’s been working in his current company for 4 years now and mostly focusing on the IT support which he supports 400 users every day. He is also supporting users from Dubai for the phone calls and emails and does have an experience configuring and troubleshooting switches and IT infra in his previous job. He also said that in their current project, he is the person who is handling or the focal point for the Airbus MRTT & C295.

He said that he has a strong skill in support and service desk. He is also knowledgeable in terms of the ticketing systems and asset management. He also said that he had an experience and good knowledge in LAN and WAN network which he has more than 4 years of experience and rates his skills 3 out of 5. He also has a CCNA and ITIL certifications.
