Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the IT industry for over 10 years already specializing in Java development. Most of the roles he has during the first 6 years of his career was in application support then transitioning to frontend/backend. After that, he’s mostly doing backend for the last 6 years of his career. He is currently an Integration Developer in XXXX responsible for developing Mule applications using RAML. He was also a Java Developer before that, developing applications using Java and Spring Boot. He also has lead experience during his time in XXXX as an Application Dev Team Lead and was able to lead a team of 5 people.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is most confident with Java and has been doing it since the start of his career. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in Java since he’s not updated with the current version of it and still needs to learn it. Latest version that he knows is java 8/11.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2+ years of experience in lead roles during his time in XXXX. Has also a year of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC although the last time he used it was 5 years ago, just needs a little refresher with it. Familiar with IDEs and has used lots of them including Netbeans,, IntelliJ, and Eclipse. Also good in UML and GIT. Rates himself in SDLC a 3 out of 5 since they’re mostly doing combinations of agile and waterfall. Have experience in SQL and Oracle.
