Self-taught programmer since it’s his passion and pursued learning it. Started off working with a BPO Company as a CSR. And is currently working in XXXX as a Junior Systems Developer – Sublead. Main language is Java, VB, and React. Currently handling a team of 7 members for a Java project mainly using Spring boot. With regards to his career switch, he has always been enthusiastic about anything related to technology so during his 4th year college when he took up a programming subject, it ignited his passion with software development and decided to pursue it.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest with Java and has been using it for 2 years now and rates himself a 4 out of 5 in using it because although he’s been using it for long time now, it is mainly with IDE.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2 years of experience in lead roles and in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Proficient with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Uses VSCode and Eclipse for IDEs. Also, have knowledge with UML and Git technologies. Rates himself a 2 out of 5 in SDLC since he’s a self-taught and don’t have much experience in it. Has experience in SQL and Oracle DB.
