Previously worked as Technical Support Representative in XXXX and was later on promoted as a Lead Interaction Analyst in the same company and handles currently front-facing situations, but still works in some development tasks using languages such as R, JavaScript, Python, and mostly involved in overseeing projects. In his personal time, he’s into developing games using C# and Python. He also has previous basic experiences in Java and C++.

Currently leaning into using C# and Python but is keen to learning other programming languages if required. Rates himself 4.5 out 5 in C# and for Python, it’s 3 out of 5. He’s been working with it for almost 5 years already.

Has only few months of experience in DevOps during his first job in XXXX. Has experience in Agile and DevOps principles. Familiar and has worked on CI/CD pipelines but not much in Azure Cloud Services. His current position is more of automated testing so he’s proficient with it and they work closely in the AI automation. Has experience in Python, Java, PowerShell, and XAML, as well as R for database structuring.
