1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started his career as an Antivirus Engineer at XXXX then transferred to XXXX as a full-time IT staff which he does the networking, cabling, and windows/linux administration. Then transferred to XXXX where he started his Java career. Also worked for XXXX for 5 years, hired initially as Java/C++ Developer, also an ETL Developer there, and worked several roles as well such as Linux Administrator. Then joined XXXX as a Java Developer, XXXX as a Senior Java Developer for Disney cart project. Then after that, was a Lead Java Developer in XXXX wherein he handled all open-source technology such as C++, Ruby Rails, etc. Got laid off in XXXX due to the pandemic. Afterwards, he has worked as an SRE/Senior Java Developer in XXXX for two projects. Then, currently working as a MuleSoft Consultant/SRE/Lead Java Developer in XXXX wherein he is responsible for maintaining infrastructure scripts.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Very proficient in Linux rates himself 9 out of 10 since it is constantly evolving so he can’t rate himself a perfect score. Second are C++ and Java, been a very good reader/student when it comes to programming. Third would be his business writing/interviewing skills with candidates.

   Has 8+ years of experience doing DevOps. Has experience in Agile and different DevOps principles (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Gradle, Kubernetes). Has good knowledge in Azure Cloud Services/ADO, but most of the time, doing AWS. More comfortable with AWS but has extensive knowledge as well with Azure. Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Good with SQL and relational databases. Has worked on financial sector before with IBM. Been using Java 2009 and has 3+ years of experience in doing lead java roles. Has 5+ years already in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Strong with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Familiar with IDEs especially IntelliJ and Eclipse, sometimes VS Code. Has foundation in UML and rates himself a 5 out of 5 in methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, mostly Agile). Good as well with Oracle DB.
