Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He’s a software developer for about 4 years now. Started off as a Computer Programmer at XXXX wherein he developed several applications/systems for them. Also worked with XXXX which is now certified as one of the best systems in the last DICT Annual Awarding. Then later on, worked at XXXX as a Programmer wherein he developed a system for preventable diseases. Then went to XXXX where he helped developed the management system for HRIS, also an analyst there where they filter students’ research from different universities who applied for scholarships and funding. Then, last role was a Lead Software Developer at XXXX, a Canadian-based company, developed their kiosk system and API integrations for payment.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Very confident with React, Java, NodeJS, MongoDB, and SQL. Good with any SQL/NoSQL language but currently familiar with MongoDB. Has been using Java Android during his college days and has several projects but not currently indulge with it. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in React and Electron since it is the latest technologies he used in last role.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
He’s a team lead in last company for 6 months and has accumulated 3-4 years of leadership roles in his previous jobs as well. Has 4 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Good with Java and familiar with Spring Boot and Spring MVC but not confident enough, keen to learn it. Experienced in IDEs, often uses Visual Studio. Also good with UML and Git. For SDLC, Agile Scrum, rates himself a 3 out of 5. Good with SQL and has experienced Oracle database way back in college but is really familiar with it.
