Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He currently works as a Lead Web Developer and Head of IT in XXXX, a booking application for provincial buses in PH. He mostly manages the IT/Development team and also the backend/server and databases of the application. During the pandemic, due to financial issues, he added more part time work in different companies such as XXXX and XXXX wherein it mostly involved JavaScript and NodeJS. He started his career way back 2012 as a backend developer for a startup-based company in Bohol. He also has experience in doing frontend side for 2 years after that.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using JavaScript and NodeJS for about 10 years now. Rates himself 5 out of 5 in it since he’s been using it for a long time now and mostly, his projects are done using the two of it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has more than 3 years of experience in lead roles and has been a co-founder and head of IT in XXXX since 2015. Also has 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems and is also developing his own system architecture. Started off as a Java developer and knows its basics, also familiar with IDEs and have done UML diagramming before. More focused on Agile development currently and has also experiences in MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
