He has a strong IT Infrastructure background and he is familiar with the IT Facilities and has built survey rooms, electricals and designed data centres and he also involved IBM's new onsite.
- He has a strong service desk background and he also partners with the Value Stream leadership to create strategic business plans, provide business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.
He also has a server administration and provide high-level reports to Central IT team and business unit managers regarding the individual and team performance. |
