He has more than 10 years combined experience in technical support and customer service because he said that even though he is working primarily in an IT industry, customer service is a big part of that as well and included in his skills as well. He has a variety of experience when it comes to the IT field like Windows server and MS 365 applications and resolving issues related to it. He had an experience working in IT Helpdesk, ServiceDesk, technical support, and MS 365 support as well. As a 365 support, their client sis Microsoft and they’re primarily assist all the customers for MS and their clients. They resolve issues form Basis to complex issues for SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, One Drive etc for both business and enterprises. He is also exposed in the Local Active Directory combining it with the Azure.
