1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been a QA for almost 3 years and been to worked to different companies and countries such as Singapore and in India and now in UK. He loves biking, playing mobile games and traveling. As a team member, he is a person who always willing to learn and help other especially when needed. For the last 3 years, he worked mostly as a manual tester but he developed his skills and now, he is already familiar with the automation testing. He also had a certification for foundation level which is an international certifying body for the QA testers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He said that his strongest skill currently is for the automation testing specifically the regression part and said that currently in his work, he is the one who edit and maintain their automation framework and the type of the testing they are usually doing is for the regression but framework well in the functional and non-functional type of testing.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has more than 2 years of experience in doing manual testing and almost 1 year in automation. He rates his skills in manual testing for 4.8 out of 5 while in automation is 4. He also has an experience in both java and python which he rates as 4 and 2 out of 5. With experience in selenium for 1 year and cucumber for 6 months.
