1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She’s a software QA by profession for almost 5 years now. The latest company that she have been with is the XXX and Development Philippines. She has been partnered and work there as an SME for different projects and one example of the project she handled was the Samsung AI or the Bixby AI which focuses on the manual testing since they test the speech and recognition of the AI. They tested the capsule submitted by the programmers and tested it based on the standards set for the Bixby. She also been an SME for the XXX cloud. It focuses also for the manual testing, but she also participated in the automation testing using java selenium in testNG. Also been part for the Frame TV for their dashboard and do manual testing as well, XXX health check app which is an internal application to track the health status of its employees and been one of the pioneers and test that specific app. When she was working in Samsung, its more on the agile development workflow with the mix of Kanban and scrum. Before she works in Samsung, she became part of XXX which is a start-up company and focusing on the pharmaceutical people which she also handled a project for a mobile application which is a social media platform for a pharmacist in the Philippines where she testes their modules, like, reactions, comment sections, etc. They use automation testing for that using Robot framework for android and IOS as well. They also partnered with the Department of Health for their project to track the number of TB patients that has been diagnosed through private pharmacies. In that project, she is responsible for testing the database, dashboard, data mapping, and more on the SQL queries.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   For her soft skill, she said that she have the ability to adapt easily in every environment since he handled a lot of projects and worked with different kinds of team mates. When it comes to her technical skills, she has an experience doing manual testing for 5 years now while for automation she has 3 years of experience.  With experience in Java selenium for 3 years and rates her skills 3 out of 5 as well as for her Appium skills. Knowledgeable in software requirements and business process. Rates her skills using Java 3 out of 5 while 2 out of 5 for python. She also has an experience in Cypress, Cucumber, and Robot framework and rates her skills in writing test cases, test plans, scripts, and report 4.5 out of 5.
