Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working in XXXX and has been working with them since she graduated last 2014. She was initially a software developer back then wherein she’s involved in minor feature works and conducting of tests for 5 years using mainly C++. Later on, she was promoted to handle a team of several testers, writers, and developers. Since then, she had lesser time with coding and started to focus on leading the team. Also, after that, she was asked to be a product manager and support coordinator at the same time and has zero experience in coding already. Then recently, because of a crisis in their company, she was assigned to go back to software development as a senior/team lead wherein she still handles scrum teams and share her knowledge to her handles.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident with management/organizational skills since it’s what she’s been doing for the past recent years. Rates herself 5 out of 5 in this area. Although currently, she has the senior developer title, what she does most of the time is to provide solutions and overview of the problems and the coding are still being done by her juniors.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
She has 3+ years of experience in doing lead or senior roles and has some years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Not very hands-on with Java since the last time she used it was during her college days and is mostly using C++, Perl, and Python in her current company. Partly familiar with IDEs, UML, as well as Git. She is pretty much confident with Scrum and rates herself 5 out of 5 in that, for other project management methodologies such as waterfalls, she would rate herself a 4 out of 5. Has a bit of experience in MySQL but not in Oracle DB.
