1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently a Product and Release Manager where her job is to handle the release of games specifically in Japan but also in other parts of Asia. Her responsibility is to handle the release cycle in Asia and collaborate with the product management team to plan the cycle and release, along with their stakeholders. Before this, she was an Associate Producer for XXXX where she developed and monitored production schedule, she also handled cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, QAs, and also communicate with their stakeholders to ensure their projects are on track. She started off as a Game Developer for the same company where she mostly did character design, level design, and other elements. She also ensures that the games are bug free and wrote some documentations for their games as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her great communication skills between the teams and stakeholders. She also considers project deadlines as a very important thing and she ensures the quality of their work all the time. Very passionate with game design as well, she’s mostly using Unreal and Unity Engines; knowledgeable with programming languages such as C# and C++. For other tools, she’s proficient with Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, and Microsoft 365.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has both experience and skills in product management and game development. Being a Product and Release Manager currently, she has experienced with full game development cycle from prelaunch to launch (game concept, design, development, and publishing). She mostly worked on 2D platformers, 3D games, also has worked with 3D action rogue-like games.
