With more than 15 years of experience working in the IT industry. He is currently working as a technical project manager and responsible for the deployment of optical transport and IP access network to Visayas to Mindanao regions which is an end-to-end deployment. He manage the subcontractors from the delivery, installation, integration and acceptance together with the client. He also had an experience working in Singapore which he is involved in provisioning and migration for new services across the globe. He worked for managerial roles as well and currently with in depth knowledge in the operation. He also had an experience working in the data center environment but not directly since he manage the data center in his previous role and has knowledge on how it works since he is more on the operation point of view.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a good skill in team management and he has a good knowledge as well in network installations, operation, maintenance, and testing. He also mentioned that he took trainings when he was starting especially with Cisco and with experience in fiber cabling as well.
