Before the pandemic, he loves to travel with his friends but when COVID strikes he just stayed at home and spend time with his family. He is currently employed with a financial company and basic responsibilities is to do manual testing, end-to-end testing for mobile applications (android and IOS). They perform functional, regression testing, and support releases which they also do smoke testing. They practice the agile methodologies and do scrum meeting every week to update their tasks. He is also handing 3 junior QA and attend meeting mostly for the test planning.

He have 5 years of experience in manual testing which he would consider as his strongest skills since he only have 1 year of experience in automation.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He have 5 years of experience in manual while 1 year in automation mostly with the use if selenium and cucumber for 8 to 9 months. He have an experience with java for selenium and perform functional and regression testing as well.
