Interview Assessment Notes 

1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career in XXX in the Philippines as a process engineer and work for over 5 years. As a process engineer, we are entitled to through the process review for specific project for them to determine some areas of the project that needs to be improved by means of implementing an application and whenever their proposal is approved by the requestor or the production manager, that's the time that they gather the information or the requirements needed for them to design the application. After that, they will submit that to the production people for their review and sign off and once the document is signed off, then that's the time that they provided it to the development team for the actual coding. Once the application is ready, they will now test the application until such time that the application is ready for production use. He also worked in another company named XXX and worked there as a QA lead which his role is to discussed the requirements to his team, discussed the proper testing or the test plan that they are going to execute in order for them to consider all the scenarios needed to test the specific requirement. He also determines the best person from his team to test a specific application, release, and gather the timelines and collaborate to other department for the timelines.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He said that based on his experiences, he is comfortable with the designing of any application and testing as well because he said that when you are the one who designed the application, it is easier for you to test the application because you know already the requirement.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements? 
   He said that he is mainly focusing on the manual testing but with knowledge in automation as well especially with the Selenium.
