   He’s a hardworking person and a person that always look for the future. Currently he is working as a QA in Upwork and working there as a freelancer. He has 1 year of experience in a certain company performing the regression test etc. he got in the QA because he also has an IT support skill and can detail the users’ issues and help them to fix or resolve those issues right away.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   His expertise would be related to the C, HTML, CSS, Python, and Quality assurance. He also uses different website applications, Jira etc. He performs manual testing until today and with 2 years or experience for that and rate his skills 5 out of 5. He keeps learning the automation testing. With experience in Python and rate his skill 4 out of 5 while in Java, he rates his skills 3 out of 5. He also have an experience in Selenium and rate his skill 4 out of 5 and learn how to use it just recently. He knows the business process, but it depends on which methodologies the company will be using for the development.
