She started doing QA in XXX Philippines for around 2 years and 8 months now. Originally her role in XXX is a java developer but there’s a project that needs to have a capacity for the QA so that’s the time she joins in QA. After that, she realized that she enjoys being a QA than being a developer.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
When it comes to her programming skills, she is good in Java which she rates her skills 3.5 out of 5 and with more than 2 years of experience. Said that she is more focus on doing manual testing than automation testing using Java since she just have 1 year of experience. For automation she clarifies that she just have knowledge on how to create java test script but when it comes in setting up selenium or cucumber tools, those frameworks are actually created already so she do not have a solid experience for those tools. Rates her skills doing manual testing 4 out of 5 while for automation is 3.5 out of 5.
