1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently with 12 years of experience as a QA tester and have an experience in doing manual and automation testing and tools he uses for automation testing are Selenium, Appium, and Postman while for manual testing, he performs user acceptance, functional, regression testing, and reporting bugs using Jira. As for the industry, he used to work in gaming, real estate, advertisement, banking, crypto, and financial.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Skilled when it comes to Selenium for automation testing and Functional testing and regression for manual testing since he have done these kind of testing in his previous work. With 4 to 5 years of experience using Selenium and rate his skills 3 out of 5 for that. He was able to create a test automation framework from scratch but think that he can still learn more and needs to improve his current skills for that. Rates his skills for functional and regression testing since he has 12 years of experience doing it and rates his skills 5 out of 5.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have an experience in using Java as a programming language and use this for 5 years to be specific and also rate his skills 3 out of 5 for that. Have an experience in creating or developing test plans, test cases, scripts, and records since those are his daily tasks or activities and rates his skills 4 out of 5 and with 12 years of experience as well.
