Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
With 10 years of extensive experience in software testing. His last employer was XXX which an insurance company and support different countries in Asia and he was assigned to Japan and Philippines but before he left, he was only assigned in the Philippines. He was the sole contributor in the team and have 4 manual engineers in the team as well. He is responsible in creating and maintenance of the of the regression sprint and analysing the user stories and identify the candidates for automation. He also conducted code reviews in other teams and ask other team members to do code reviews on his work and responsible for the KPI reports to the higher management and provide this report every end of sprint to ensure the effectiveness of the regression to know how many bugs find in manual. For automation he uses selenium since 2015 and exposed to both java and c#. he also have a background in API since they also do testing for those.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he is strong in both manual and automation testing. He have 3 to 4 years of experience in manual which he rates himself 4 out of 5 while for automation he have 10 years of experience and rates his skills 4 out of 5 as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With experience in Java which he rates his skills 3.5 out of 5 while with a little knowledge in python. He also have experience in Selenium for 7 years now and rates his skill 5 out of 5 while Appium is 2 since he use that before in the year 2017.
