1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He does have 3 years of experience in manual testing and 2 months in automation which is the selenium. He do communicate with their stakeholders, developers, and BA with regards to the testing requirements. He also have an experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts as well. He also handle a team and have 3 members and do review their proof of testing which is the test results and currently they are using to report and log identified bugs using Jira and currently providing both manual and automation testing. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  
   He strongest skills manual testing since he have been doing it for 3 years and can support as well in automation using selenium. He is also currently adapting Jira for their tracker and used HP-ALM in his previous company. He can also provide a quality project to its clients.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He have 3 years of manual while 2 months in automation experience. He have 2 months of experience in Selenium as well as for Java. Rates his skills in writing test cases, test reports, test cases or 4 out of 5.
