He have been a QA for almost 3 years. He started working as a QA in a company which develops hospital systems and hospital information systems. One of the main purpose of the system is to lessen the paper use in the hospital and develop PHR. His role and responsibilities there is to gather the data, creating tickets, testing bug fixes, and replicating issues. He was also deployed to another hospital that will use the system and introduce the system to the staffs and to make sure that every major functionalities are working and if there are issues, it needs to be documented and present to the developers for fixing. He also worked with an ecommerce and he attend and participates in the daily meetings, coordinate with the clients for the expected outputs of the certain products and ensure the quality of the product before and after its release. They use different platforms to communicate and for collaboration as well and include images, recording, test results, and give updated about the status of the tickets and coordinate with their fellow QA.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is good in tracking bugs, creating reports as well as the test cases and with good communication skills and time management. He is strong in analyzing application and software specification as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He have manual testing experience for 3 years now while 2 years in automation. He have an experience in using java as a programming language and with experience in using selenium for more than a year now and currently studying python.
