Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working as a Quality specialist and he was tasked in 2 different roles since he is also a QA tester. His responsibility is to assess the vendors the quality metrics and its demands and identifying the improvements and developing action plans for the performance of the vendors. As a quality tester, he is responsible for testing the applications and updates that they are employing in their applications to ensure that they are all working effectively after releasing. He is also currently managing 2 outsource QA auditors which are internally hired by XXXand currently a lead for them. He also become freelancer assisting a real estate based in Canada. He was also a Quality analyst for Uber technology catering their Australian partners.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he is a hardworking person and said that he is not comfortable in being a procrastinator. He also mentioned that his weakness is that he is not comfortable if he did not complete his project on time.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He have more than a year of experience in performing manual testing. Does not have experience in any automation tools yet since they are only following the waterfall methodology and create the test plans manually and use it as a check sheet.
