1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently the operations head for their family real estate business wherein he’s in charge of buying the land, constructing, and selling the house afterward. But before that, he was almost 20 years in the telco industry and was with XXXX since then. They concentrate on internet, SAAS, SMS connects. When he started with XXXX, he was heading the presales and were assigned to help with their sales and help discuss requirements with their customers. After that, he was transferred as an Account Manager for one of the largest banks in the PH where he was also in-charge of their telecoms. Later on, he was promoted as the industry head where he led 6 to 7 members. After that, he was moved to a position for South Luzon where he was always a part of the winner circle that is a group of the top-performing heads. He also experienced handling Hong Kong telecom accounts before under XXXX and has worked on Singapore as well for XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his focus and he’s very easy to adapt with any changes. He’s also very passionate with sales. He also has a strong knowledge with IT Infrastructure and started off as a LAN Operator and Network/System Manager during the early years of his career.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Very strong with solution selling ever since he’s part of the sales with XXXX, when they talk to their customers, they are the ones scoping everything and works on what to sell to their customers. His first three years of career in XXXX, he was concentrated with solution selling and for the past 15 years, his role mainly involves solution selling as well. He is also proficient with IT Infrastructure since he has more than 10 years of experience in that. He is also a full technical person and can rate himself a perfect score of 5 when it comes to IT Infra. During his time in the Hong Kong telco, he handled their network and everything.
