1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career on November 2018 and started working in XXX and before he had no background in SAP but upon hiring, he was immediately deployed to Uniliver where he was handling SAP WM for the first month and after that he was relocated to the SAP MM team. He was under SAP MM or source team, and they are mostly dealing with the project services by building the necessary requirements and deploying them to production then pass it to the support team. He was there for a year then he was reallocated again for a new project supporting Europe and Africa. He had to take various responsibilities since it’s just a small team and deal with both project services and support services. Worked there for 1 year and 5 months then left and transferred to XXX and was hired as an SAP MM package consultant which his job is more on the testing role, he worked for a client support in Canada for 7 months and more of his clients in form north America. Because of that, he thinks that it wasn’t a good move for his career and decided to move to XXX BPO which is a French company based in Cebu, Philippines and was assigned to client support in Europe and worked there as SAP MM but not so focus on SAP. He then left XXX for some health and personal issues and currently doing contractual roles last year Aug 2022 which focuses on data cleansing, extraction, and migration for SAP MM as well but more driven role.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   His strongest skills are SAP MM, Transportation and logistics, as well as SAP WM. He said that he also worked a lot with ServiceNow and HP QC to test the tools as well as the configuration and anything needs to deploy in the production. He rates his skills for SAP MM and Transportation and logistics 4 out of 4 and with 4 years of experience while for transpo is 2 years now. For SAP WM he said that he has 2-3 years of experience and rate his skills 3-4 out of 5.
