Currently he is a SAP SD application support specialist responsible for design and configuration with integration to other SAP modules. He is doing applications management as a support role, he is handling tickets medium to high raised on a day to day basis. They are supporting 24/7 on a shift and supporting a global market for apparel.

His role as an application support consultant in SAP is to manage business raising tickets with problems in transactions, try to validate all issues and fix the problem. They support the user to solve the problem and mitigate it as well.

The biggest project he had been with accenture was when he was assigned in Spain for two years to work as an SAP Consultant in a project: he did configurations, handling master data, mapping and doing design based on business requirements.
