His main role as an SAP analyst at XXX Philippines is to provide support services to customers globally using SAP R/3 modules such as: SD, MM, PP, FI & CO. He is also currently managing a team that are focused on the de;ivery of system support and development services.

Most of their implementation projects are handled by their team in Japan however he has experience with the initial phases such as requirements gathering in projects and modifications for the existing system and analysis.
