His previous role was subject matter expert specifically on the logistics execution and order management team. He led the team in a particular role as a regional shift lead role. He is the main escalation contact from the team for any technical issues they encounter and any connectivities. He also coordinates with other teams to address such as interphases.

At XXX as a Senior Cloud Service Manager he worked with the mapping and integration teams for target deliverables and supported the production along with coordinating with clients and internal teams to assure projects go as planned.
