1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Been working in the IT industry for 13 years now. Started his career in XXXX as a Web Security Analyst, Systems Development Engineer then last 2013, became DevOps engineer in same company. Also worked in XXXX as an IT Specialist and XXXX as a Solutions Analyst and Tech Lead. After that, joined XXXX wherein he got back as a DevOps Engineer developing microservices and pipeline scripts, and handled 15 developers. After that, joined XXXX as an Infra/DevOps Manager handling 25 people composed of developers, QA, IT Admin staff. Worked closely with CTO. Then transferred to XXXX as a Full Stack Developer but he mostly did development for microservice and also worked closely with architects because he’s the one who created the framework for their consumer. More on the networking part and supporting different teams. Currently with XXXX as a Senior DevOps Engineer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   When it comes to programming languages, his strongest is Java, started using it since 2011. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 since he hasn’t used it for 2 years and believes he is outdated on newer versions. Mostly uses Kubernetes, Github, ArgoCD, PermitUse, and Grafana in current role.    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 8+ years of experience in DevOps culture. Experienced with Agile and DevOps principles (Git, Maven, Kubernetes). Also proficient with AWS but seldom use and explore Azure because was assigned to focus more on Oracle. Good with automated testing and has experienced creating automated scripts. Also knowledgeable with SQL and relational databases and has worked in a financial sector before for a client in XXXX. Has 4 years of lead experience.
