1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently in the PH right now and is looking for opportunity in SG. Before, was a trainee of XXXX and then taught Japanese for new internship program students. Also taught Japanese language in several institutes such as XXXX and XXXX. Then worked as a Desktop Engineer in XXXX, developing projects for Japanese teams. Also doing some software deployment and resolves remote issues for Japanese users. Then moved to SG, worked as Desk Engineer in XXXX, only lasted for 6 months because of long travel from work to home. Then worked as a Field Service Engineer L2 Support in XXXX in which he provided all the necessary things that Japan users’ needs from tickets and application deployment. Then, transferred to XXXX in Malaysia as a Desktop Support Engineer for Japan team. Handles XXXX and XXXX. Then had an opportunity to work with XXXX as a Senior IT Support Specialist wherein he improved all securities for all the applications they’re using and deploys all application that they need. Basically, he’s handling all IT aspects for them.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest with MS Office issues, OneDrive, and MS Teams. For ticketing tools, quite good in ServiceNow. For the hardware, good with deployment of each hardware they need including the listing, and pricing/budgeting. Also think he’s strong with his communication skills (Japanese).

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 10+ years of experience in IT Support. Has extensive knowledge in Windows 7 & 10, MS Office and 365 Applications. Strong with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Has experience in support of printer and mobile devices before including both Android and iOS. Has experience in Active Directory, Exchange, and in Apple OS.
