1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Been in the industry for about 18 years already. Started specializing in Java when he was in XXXX. His career started off as a teacher for two of the most prominent schools in their area, then started software development last 2007. Joined XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX as Software Engineer. After that, joined XXXX wherein he became a part of Data Mapping, QMSLite & XpressRate, and SpringBoard teams. Then also worked with XXXX as a Senior Software Engineering Analyst wherein he was involved in 2 projects: XXXX. Then joined XXXX as a Senior Java Developer wherein he was involved in mentoring some of the junior developers, technical support for some legacy systems, also handled and lead a project there called XXXX. Then last role was a DevOps Engineer in XXXX deployed to XXXX wherein he thought he was going to be a Java Developer but assigned in a different role.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest with Java and has been doing it since 2013. Rates himself a 3.5 out of 5 since he’s new to Java 8 and still studying some of its new features.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience doing lead roles. Also have 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems although he’s not the lead but he’s worked closely with architects. Proficient with Java Spring Boot, Spring MVC, have used lots of IDEs such as NetBeans, Eclipse, IntelliJ, and has strong foundation in UML as well as Git technologies. Knows Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile, and rates himself a 3 out of 5. Good with SQL and Oracle databases.
