He has been a developer for about 20 years now and primarily works on Java. Also did some DevOps before and Linux System Administration. He is currently with XXXX for almost 2 years now wherein most works are in ReactJS, DevOps, and Springboot. For his previous job roles, he was also a Senior Java Developer in two different companies, XXXX & XXXX, wherein he mostly maintains and delegates problems/tasks to the team. Handles also the queries of his junior developers and helps them resolve it.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill is Java and has been using it since the early years of his career. Also been using Spring since 2012 but is still currently studying about these because of the fast-paced evolving technologies every day. Rates himself 4 out of 5 in Java since there are lots of new features nowadays.

Has 3+ years of experience in lead roles and 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Also, very proficient in Java, Spring, and also has good knowledge in IDEs and UML. Lately, been focused more on Agile and Scrum and rates himself 4 out of 5 in using it since it differs from each company. Has experience in handling Oracle databases.
