1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the software development industry for 11 years now and is focused on Java and other related technical stack. He recently came back from Singapore working as an SRE and before that, he was working with XXXX for about 3 years wherein he is initially an IC then was later on assigned as the domain lead. He’s mostly involved there in full autonomy of the design, unit testing, and QA support testing. He also worked previously as a Senior Java Developer in Malaysia wherein he handled developers particularly from India. And also worked as a Senior Developer in XXXX wherein he mostly played a lead role.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in using Java, since he’s been using is since the start of his career. And is constantly learning new frameworks depending on the requirements of his projects. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 in it since he still needs to do lots of catching up on the new updates.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He has been doing 5 years in lead/senior roles and has experience handling a team before. He also has at least 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development and has been using it during his time in XXXX. Good at Java and has experience in both Spring and recently, Springboot. He is proficient in different IDEs and has done designing UML since his university days. Has good knowledge when it comes to SDLC, Agile, Kanban, and Scrum Master. Also experienced in using Oracle database and have a year or two in using OAF when he was in Malaysia.
