   She is currently doing freelance work in XXX . Her most recent employer was XXX and work there as a sr. QA and leading a small team consist of 5 Jr. QA’s. she was with the, last June 2022 and after that she only started working as a contractor and wants to focus on finding and doing WFH jobs because way back before in XXX , they are working onsite.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She said that her strongest skills are doing functional testing and requirements analysis. Her background includes doing manual testing, API, regression, QA documentations such as test cases, plans, test matrices, and handling a small team.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She have manual testing experience for 7 years now which she rates her skills 5 out of 5. Also rates her skills in doing test documentations 5 out of 5 and currently taking online courses for python.
