She is currently working as software QA engineer for almost 10 years and currently working as a QA in XXX and do testing for the salesforce application there. For her skills, she is more on manual testing and her role is to create test cases based on the acceptance criteria given by the clients or the project manager. After creating test cases, she also manual execution, functional test, regression testing, smoke, and exploratory testing.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
She said that her strongest skills are with regards to manual testing and rates her skills for that 4 out of 5. She has an experience in writing test cases using different tools and clarify that she does not have any experience in writing test reports since that is more on the lead role.
