Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He have been doing software testing for more than 10 years already wherein he experience being a Junior tester, Senior tester, and currently he is now leading a team and said that the biggest team he handled was a group of 6 people and they test multiple projects and enhancements at the same time. He oversees and ensure that their test execution rate matches with the daily target execution of the team. He also manages the defects raised by the team and discuss any issues or any clarifications they encountered with the development team and ensure that all things are clarified before they close the meeting and set a target date for the fix rate for those defects. Emersed in both waterfall and agile methodologies and well aware on those processes and with the whole SDLC process from the requirement review, which is given by the Business analysts, plot the test plans to strategized what are things the team will be doing for the entire project. Once the plans are all agreed, they will do the test execution then sent the daily status report to summarized all the testing activities they performed as well as the issues and the defect they encountered. Once the process is completed, they will do the test completion report and discuss the summary of all the testing activities like if there’s open issues and discuss if it would be considered as good etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He is strong in Manual testing which he have 10 years of experience but currently, it is now at far for his current tasks which he performs API automation testing and currently with more than 3 years of experience. They test the API of the applications which are connected to the backend applications. Since he is also trained with Selenium and HP UFT, he wants to apply his knowledge but still wants to have an enough training for those applications.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He rates his skills in manual testing 5 out of 5 while for API automation testing 4.5 out of 5. He said that he has an experience using Java as a programming language and rate his skills 3 out of 5. Wants to train and enhance his skills for python programming because he has a little background for it. Good in writing test cases, test plans, and report and with experience in Selenium as well which he rates himself 2 out of 5.
