1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He have been working as a Quality assurance engineer for 8 years now and been doing software QA for the industries like banking, insurance, finance, ecommerce, and logistics. He also performs different types of testing for applications like mobile, web, and desktop applications. In terms of his freelance experience, he currently has 4 years of experience and started freelancing in the year 2018 and discover online jobs in year 2020 and new in XXX . Aside from that, he is using tools like Jira for project management, API testing they use postman and Katalon, while Jmeter for performance testing. For Database testing they use oracle SQL and mongo db. He also uses Selenium for automation testing.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He said that his strongest skill is with regards to manual testing since his majority of work experience includes manual, but he can also say that he is knowledgeable as well in automation and have the necessary experience for both. He has a total of 3 years of experience in automation testing but in his fulltime job, majority or 90% of his work is for manual. He has 8 years of experience doing manual testing and rates his skills 5 out of 5 while for automation is 3 out of 5.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have an experience in both Python and Java as a programming language and rates his skills for Java as 4 out of 5 while python is 2 out of 5. He does have an experience in Selenium and with experience as well in Cucumber for a year now. He is also knowledgeable in writing test cases, scripts, and reports.
