1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as an Application Development Consultant at XXXX wherein he handled most Java projects, ReactJS projects, and uses MongoDB for backend. He’s been into other well-known companies as well in the Philippines such as XXXX, XXXX, and also worked as a Java Software Engineer in XXXX. Also experienced handling people as he served as a project manager before and team lead in XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in using Java because he’s worked with it for several years and specified that in all 6 years in XXXX, he used Java. Rates himself a perfect score of 5 in using it because of his extensive experience in it. Have developed a mobile application “Personalized Care Companion” using Java and plans to migrate it to Flutter for its version 2. Most of the projects he’s done are using Java and also has experiences in ASP.NET, C#, Angular, ReactJS, and VueJS during his full stack dev roles.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
