He is currently a Project Manager in XXXX for 5 years already, started there as a Senior Developer then moved to being a Team Lead and Project Manager. Before that, he was a full-time freelance software developer in XXXX for 5 years mostly in Java and Web Developments. Also have experience as an AWS System Administrator and an IT Officer in a PH Government Agency in Manila.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using Java for 10 years and rates himself a 4 out of 5 since he doesn’t have a certification yet but is working on it already. Mostly of the projects and roles he did before was done in Java.
