1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started with his current company last 2019, XXXX, and was first enrolled in a bootcamp for Java. Then was moved on to a project, more of a back-office system mostly inventory and employee information. They developed enhancements for that system and used Java and JSP for their technology. During his time in this company, he was mostly outsourced as a developer. Transferred to another team which developed a Cash Registry System for a retail store, did enhancements and new features. Was promoted to a Senior way back 2021 so also doing some admin tasks, alongside doing development and reviews with peers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest particularly with Java and Angular and have been doing this since the start of his career. Rates himself a 3.9 out of 5 because he has lots of catching up to do with the latest versions of Java.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 2+ years of experience in doing Senior or Lead roles. Has 4+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Strong with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Usually use Eclipse and IntelliJ for IDE. Familiar with UML and Git technologies. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in SDLC and other project methodologies. Has experience in Oracle and SQL databases.
