1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the IT industry for 7+ years now already and mostly worked as a developer. He usually does automation, web and mobile dev, and has good experience in Java Springboot, Python, and NodeJS. He worked few months in XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer, a Senior Java Developer for XXXX in which he handles addition of new features and debugging in several projects there. Also worked as an Associate Software Engineer in XXXX and also XXXX , and been a Web Developer for XXXX and XXXX during the early years of his career.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in using Java Springboot and has been using it for 7 years now. Rates himself 3 out of 5 because there are newer frameworks that he hasn’t explored yet and says that the framework is too big. Most of the projects are done using Java Springboot and NodeJS.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He has about 4+ years of experience in senior roles that sometimes requires him to lead junior developers and has about 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development of systems since he’s been developing applications/software on his own. Also good at Java, Spring, IDEs and UML. Has a good knowledge about SDLC and other methodologies and may take time to learn the approach of the company. Used different versions of Oracle in his previous jobs.
