1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After his graduation., he decided to look for a work and experience. He started working as a Post field engineer and his task is to deploy the ATM card machine which handles the XXX and XXX banks. They implement and do pitch to their client on how to use the machine and to avoid encountering some of the errors. He need to test the machine and the software which they do manually. When he got promoted as a team lead, he needs to handle 250 members and travel to different locations in the Philippines. After that he have worked as a technical specialist and his responsibilities is to support the system and handling the HR, inventory. POS etc and do technical support in case the clients encounters issues. They also do test manually and automated them as well and validate them and got promoted again as a system analyst and he needs to monitor the system logistics and handle the escalation of all the users and assessing them directly. He is currently working as a QA engineer and do automation testing after the manual testing do their task and validate the requirements of the client.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He said that his strongest skills are Web Analysis, System Testing, Test Creation, doing the documentation, and most importantly is his problem solving skills.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He have 3 to 4 years of experience in performing manual and automation testing and with 2 to 3 years of experience in using java as a programming language. He also have an experience in using selenium and cucumber and can writes test scripts, plans, and reports.
