1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a Senior test engineer and his main responsibility is to make sure that their participants follow the standards set by the bank and conform to the API system they’re using at the same time. There still slowly onboarding to the automation so most of his task is to do manual tasks but from time to time he is given test automation tasks. His previous work was with Accenture and was under UBS and was part of a team that specialise or task to handle the system that the users can upload their documents in the system and more on the automation tester there and had to develop the automated system using XXX framework, java, selenium, as well as cucumber as a reporting tool. Before that, he was with XXX and under one of the prestigious clients which is apple and QA there for their HR application. He is also the one who created the automated test for the homepage of XXX. He is also with the Freelancer.com and work as a mobile QA and in charge with the manual tester, test cases creation, bug management, and was also do automation using robot framework.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  
   He said that his strong skills are with regards to Java and selenium which he rates himself 3 out of 5 for both and currently with 2 years of professional experience using Java and 3 years in selenium.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Currently with 6 years of experience doing manual testing and rate his skills 4.5 out of 5 while 3 years of experience in automation and rates his skills 3 out of 5. He has an experience in writing test cases up to the analyzations of the requirement and with experience in Appium and cucumber as well and knowledgeable about the software requirements and business processes.
