Been in the academe for almost 24 years and currently finishing up PhD in educational management. Only do some development from time-to-time and some of the projects he created before was the architecture consolidation part for PH elections last 2013 and also did PVR Registry system in XXXX, a PH Government Agency. Currently, he is a full time faculty member of XXXX wherein he teaches computer science and has certifications in Java, from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using Core Java and has been his bread and butter for 20 years already. Developed a test for XXXX in Java. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 in Java since he’s been doing it for quite a long time already and has been training several companies for Java.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 3+ years of experience in lead and senior roles before in XXXX and XXXX. Have 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems and teaches it in undergrad and professional training. Proficient in Core Java, not much in Spring Boot but is keen to learning it. He’s also familiar with IDEs, UML, and a little bit of git since he’s not using it too much recently. Prefers Agile over SDLC and is pretty confident at it since they’re doing certain scrums per day. Has some basic skills in SQL.
