Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been a software developer for almost 5 years. He was immediately hired after graduation in XXXX wherein he’s involved in maintenance of several applications for 3 years, mainly using PHP and JavaScript. He also spearheaded creating new applications based on the old systems of the company and promoted API implementations as well. After 3 years, he was promoted as a Senior Developer in which he trained and developed new hires, constant communication with clients and maintained several applications. He’s currently with XXXX as a Java Developer maintain JSF framework using microservices and migrating JSF applications to Quarkus. He’s also doing trainings for junior developers in current company.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest with PHP right now since it is what he’s been using for the past years of his career but right now, he’s also a Java Developer. Rates himself 5 out of 5 in PHP and 4 out of 5 in Java because it is only a matter of language, but the foundation of the two is somewhat similar. With that, he can say he is still very confident in Java.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Have 3+ years of experience in senior/lead roles and 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and development during his time in his previous company. Have experience in Spring Boot and Spring MVC during his freelancing time. Familiar with IDEs but not much of UML in a professional level. Using Git since freelancing until now. Is more familiar with Agile when it comes to project management methodology and rates himself a 4 out of 5. Have experience in SQL but not very familiar with Oracle.
