1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started his career as a technical support representative and they’re handling hardware, printers, laptop, desktop computers services north American customers in the year 2010. Then he joined XXX Philippines in 2012 as an IT service delivery management and supporting the employees for installing up to the troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. Re-join in the same company as a software QA and in his 5 years of stay, he has been involved in different releases and using waterfall then switch to agile methodology in the year 2017. During his stay, he does manual testing and did automation testing for about a year and in 2018 he resigned. Applied as a freelance QA and get multiple projects and in the late 2020 he got a full-time client and it was an ecommerce web application SAAS and handling customers in the US and the application allows the users to manage a job, estimates, invoice etc. He was the tester of that application which is a web and mobile (android/ios). In dec 2021, he joined XXX for just 3 months and the reason why he left was it is a 6-day work, so he joined in his current company which is XXX and work there as a Sr. QA.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   His strength is Manual automation which he does for 9 years already and rates his skills for that 4 out of 5 while for automation he has 2 years of experience and rate his skills 4 out of 4 as well. He does QA and Business analyst as well since there are several instances that he gets to talk with the clients and owners about a certain requirement and discuss the flow, give recommendations, and how the flow can give a best user experience. He is more on the business side but currently he wants to improve or enhance his in automation. With experience in Selenium for almost a year now and rates his skills 4 out 5. Rates his skills 5 out of 5 in writing test cases, test plans, scripts, and reports because that is their main tasks. Rates his skills in java 3 out of 5 and for Cucumber 4 out of 5 and knowledgeable in software requirements and business processes.
