1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently a Software Developer for a FinTech company. Mostly in tech for 4 years already and first job was during his internship in XXXX wherein he. Also worked for a US company for their payment solutions. And currently working in the number one FinTech company here in the PH. Usually work with Spring Java as of now but also has experience with other programming languages.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Proficient with Java and Spring, as of the moment. But is pretty flexible with most of the programming languages. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 because there are still other things that he has to do and learn.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has almost a year of doing lead roles in current company and has 6 months of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Good with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC. Mostly use IntelliJ and VSCode for IDE. Familiar with UML and Git technologies. For SDLC and other project management methodologies that he knows, he would rate himself 3.5 out of 5. Has extensive experience in SQL Databases.
