He’s been a software developer for about 7 years now. After graduating, he joined XXXX as a Full Stack Developer. He was also exposed on banking, insurance, and retail. He was also able to become a Tech Lead for XXXX and XXXX . Most of his works there are mainly coordinating with architects, BA, Scrum Masters for strategic planning. Also handles and guides the team, did some code reviews, and still did some development.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in Java and Spring Boot since he has the longest experience with it and could say it is his strongest skills. Rates himself 4.5 out of 5 and leaves the remaining points for his constant learning of updates and newer versions. Also knowledgeable with ReactJS since he’s also doing some frontend. Good knowledge as well in SQL, Git, Cloud AWS, Azure.

Has 2 years of official team lead role but before that, was also being assigned as lead for proposals, POC, support and deployment. Technically, it’s 3 years. Has 7 years of experience in development and integration, but for design and architecture, only 3 years. Strongest skills are Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. And uses IDEs (Eclipse and IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code), UML, and Git as his day-to-day tools as a Java Developer. Rates himself 3.5 out of 5 in SDLC since he’s mostly involved in planning and design. Also good with Oracle and SQL.
